Fastrip T5 is the range of paint stripping tanks with a capacity of 800 liters, which combines sturdiness, flexibility and process efficiency for an optimal stripping result.
ALIT Technologies, specialist in the chemical paint stripping of metals, presents Fastrip T5, its range of paint stripping tanks, which allows to efficiently remove paint from hooks, frames or pieces to be recovered, whether they are of ferrous metals or light alloys, without compromising their surfaces.
The Fastrip T5 system is available in three versions:
- T5-US with ultrasound technology;
- T5-MIX with a mechanical mixer;
- T5-MT with a series of tanks in parallel with gantry-type handling.
Sturdiness and ease of use
Fastrip T5 systems are built in
AISI 304 steel to
ensure sturdiness, and are based on the concept of "tank within a tank", with the external hermetic tank acting as a safety basin for liquids. In addition, the system is
perfectly insulated on all sides, features an interlocked cover and is set up for fume extraction.
The machines are equipped with a separate, plug and play electrical panel with a touchscreen that allows to programme the process parameters independently and easily. Moreover, they are equipped with a heating system and a thermoregulator that enables to adjust and reach temperatures up to 80°C. A version that allows to reach temperatures of 150°C is available for all models.
Safety, efficiency and time-saving
The design, 100% Made in Italy, entails a new discharging method and the possibility of lifting and moving it safely and in any place with a forklift. All this, combined with process versatility, which ensures the optimal paint stripping of different types of metal parts, makes Fastrip T5 the ideal solution for a
safe, effective and quick paint stripping. ALIT Technologies offers extra options such as
customizable workpiece holders for an easy and effective hanging process, and a fume extraction system.
Chemical product and sludge management
To optimise the use of this system, ALIT has developed
a two-phase chemical process for all types of metals. The
Metalstrip Up&Down stripping range allows for improved management of paint residues, making their separation more effective and extending bath life. The formulation of these paint strippers is free of halogenated hydrocarbons, phenols, chromates, ammonia, amines, organic or inorganic acids.
